The Charity Association of Kartaba organized its yearly dinner on the 20th of September 2003 in its new location at Kartaba, have honored the previous president of the Association with a shield of Honor.

On Saturday the 13th of September 2003, the Kartaba Club in collaboration with the Women association and all active parties at kartaba, have organized a march in the main streets of kartaba, in the commemoration of the Cross day, preceded by a mass at Saint Elias Cathedral at 19:00, and followed by a musical festival in the square of kartaba.

Under the blessing and the presence of his Excellency the Maronit archbishop of Jubeil "Bechara El Raai", the inauguration and the blessing of Saint Simon Shrine -Ain El barde- was held on Sunday the 31st of august 2003 at 6.30pm in front of the new Shrine.

The women association of Kartaba with the collaboration of the JAD institution "youth against drugs", have held a lecture about drugs, their effects and their dangers on youth and society on Sunday the 24th of august in the salon of St Elias church at 5.00pm

Santa clause distributed the xmas gifts to the kartabian children at the kartaba club on the 20th of December 2003.
