Standing on 64.000 square meters of land, The kartaba
club is made out of a big building as shown in the picture above, including
a large hall for meetings and presentations that can be used as a theatre as
well and a library on the first floor. In
addition it include: a parking, a Tennis court, a basket ball court, a stage
to fit more than 2000 persons, a football court, a small garden for
children, a shooting space and a horsing space as well.
kartaba club is considered as one of the largest
cultural and sportive clubs in Lebanon, and was established by the end of
the 1960th, the idea was brought by Mr. Jamil Saab who was at this time the
president of the
charity association of Kartaba
